At Micro Forrest Farms we strive to deliver consistent quality and maintain freshness of produce after harvest. Our main focus is the health of the environment, working in a regenerative and sustainable fashion while also serving customers needs and desires. Microgreens serve everyone who intend on adding nutrition to their diets while maintaining flavorful dishes. We created our farm to serve local communities accessible fresh produce and increase the nutrition in our own diets.
Our Farm
On the farm we grown all microgreens indoors in a controlled environment. This provides year round consistency in our product for customers, rain or shine. Additionally our product is grown without use of herbicides or pesticides.
About the owner
I am the owner of Micro Forrest Farms, Cozette Wolken, and I grew up in southern California with a love for nature and farming. I spent my childhood bonding with my father over gardening, raising animals, and all things nature. In college I discovered a way to tie my dreams and values into study and ultimately a business by growing sustainable healthy food for my community. I spend a lot of time and effort finding the best ways to conduct business in a way to protect the environment and conserve resources. With the help of my family the farm was started in 2024 as a small operation in hopes of creating a business to supply local restaurants, stores, and the community.
